And visit with friends and family.....

Hello Everyone.....
Well today is my mothers Birthday she would have turn 75 years old today. So Happy Birthday mama...
Boy what a week this has been... Cleaning house and working in the yard is a lot of work. Were getting ready for a little trip to San Francisco on Thursday. Looking forward to it.... A nice little vacation to the city. Its been so long since we have back...Lots of changes and friends to see.

Also we are meeting some relatives in the city, there are from Kansas. So this should be lots of fun for them. Then all four of us are coming back to the river for a week.
The weather has been great so far. Good time to go wine tasting....Chris and I both are looking forward to there visit.

As far as the home front here in Rio Nido, out big white cat (Romeo) has been sick.... So on Monday we gave his depo shot and now is much better. He's eating again...I an so glad..... He just purrrrrrrr's.
Such a loving cat. We don't really own this cat. But he's just like one of our own...So he lives on our front porch. As you can see in the picture.....

Saturday Morning...

Good Morning to yall.....
Hope your weekend the best ever..... Spring if here so today is yard day for us.... We got some beautiful flowers yesterday at Yardbird plants supply....
So watch out, you might be seeing some pretty yard pictures soon......

Today we have to take our out door cat called Romeo. He's a beautiful white cat. We think his weight is around 15-20 pounds.... Big cat.. But purrs so loud...I just love that old cat... But his health is going down hill fast...... So hoping the best for him. I hate losing things that are close to my life... Sometimes it feels like part of me is going with them... That makes me feel so sad deep in side ........

Chris and I are doing ok.... Getting ready for our trip to San Francisco on May 26. That should be ton's of fun....

Everyone's got a dream car, right?
For some it's a Ferarri, for others it's a VW bug (new or classic). When I was just a little boy I always wanted a little car...
Someone asked me what my Dream Car is.
Well, you won't have to wonder, because I am going to tell you.

You're going to laugh, but I've always dreamed about driving along in a 1977 Gremlin --painted bright green of course.

Oh yeah, there most definitely needs to be fuzzy dice in the mirror, a 'coon tail attached to the antenna, and a hula girl dancing on the dashboard.
It's mandatory.

The best thing out the Gremlin I described is that everybody would know it was me who was driving.
"Here comes Jack in that damn Gremlin!"
After all, how many Gremlins do you see on the road?

Raining at the River

Hello everyone....
Today Wednesday, very wet. Its been raining all night. So it's looking like a in door kind of day...
Just one problem, keepin the power on is a problem with P G & E. So we are keeping our fingers crossed.
One note, Its it me or is the world going crazy or what, Just watch the new, it will drive you crazy..... I guess I need to up my anti-depressants. I worried about too much these days I guess. Anyway... Life goes on.....

Thanks goodness it's Friday

Hello everyone..... Hope your week went by fast as it did for us.... Monday and now it Friday again..... Yesterday Chris and I ran all our errands, Bed and Bath, Compusa, Petco,and Pier inports... We found two really nice rugs for the kitchen and dining room.. Sure did bright up the place.... Don't know about some people, but when someone takes the time to find a place to eat fast would not be a problem..... Not much to say for " Jack in the Box'" we wait and waited for someone to help us at the counter....... Someone did say I will be right with you... But come on... We waited a little too long for us, So we left, and went to Burger King... I lease I felt like a Queen there......Guess Jack in the box don't need the money... Hello Wendy would be better that, " Jack in the box... Gives poor Service will kill you business in a very short time . Today is Friday and looking forward to getting things done.......
